Prior to our start of homeschooling 9 years ago, I attached a list of every excipient & ingredient, plus every documented & reported adverse reaction - for every required vaccine at that time, to our state's public school exemption form.
I also included some very basic information about the 2 original aborted babies that were used to make vaccines -- (Note: I later learned, that there were not just 2 decades-old cell lines used. There were & still are many more, and new cell lines continue to be used. Please see the VACCINE page for more information).
The school's exemption form said, "By choosing to not vaccinate, I acknowledge that I am putting my child at risk for the diseases these vaccines prevent."
I wrote on my OWN form, "I understand that by not receiving these vaccines, my children will not be at risk for the following known vaccine adverse reactions."
From that day on, I never again received another dirty look or guilt-ridden comment, from any of the school staff.
Below is a download of the documents we used. You may need to customize it to your own location, & some information may need slightly updated, as this is from several years ago. But you are welcome to use it as needed:
