• 5-page exemption letter - (Flu shot & other vaccines)
• 19-page exemption packet with attached resources - (Covid-19 & other vaccines)

NOTE: The larger packet is a compilation of information from multiple articles, resources & other exemptions, as well as my own personal thoughts. It focuses on Covid-19 but includes other vaccines as well. It should suffice for any Christian faith, and possibly even non-Christian faith, depending on your beliefs & book(s) of scripture.

IMPORTANT: You may prefer to change the wording in the first line of the original 1-page letter, from "recognized religious organization" to "personal religious tenet" or similar. It means that for legal purposes, you are exercising the rights of your deeply held PERSONAL religious beliefs & God given conscience, instead of relying on your religion's clergy's personal beliefs...
